Clesial is an independent NCLEX-RN exam-preparation platform offering diagnostics, practice questions, mistake review, and readiness tracking. It is a study tool for educational use only.

Clesial is not medical advice and is not affiliated with or endorsed by NCSBN. NCLEX® and NCLEX-RN® are registered trademarks of their respective owner. Our questions are original, NCLEX-style practice items — not actual exam questions — and some content is produced with the assistance of AI and reviewed before publication.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use Clesial.

• Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• One account per person; accounts may not be shared.

When using Clesial, you agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, redistribute, resell, or publicly post our questions, rationales, or other content.
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.

All questions, rationales, analytics, and platform materials are owned by Clesial or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use them for your own exam preparation. No other rights are granted.

Clesial helps you practice, review, and track readiness, but exam outcomes depend on many factors. Readiness indicators are study tools, not official predictions, and we do not guarantee that you will pass any exam.

Clesial is currently offered free during early access. Features may change, and paid plans may be introduced in the future. We will announce any paid plans before billing begins, and no payment details are collected during the current free phase.

Clesial is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clesial is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for exam results, arising from your use of the platform.

You may stop using Clesial and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe is harmful to other users or the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above, and continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
