How we build practice content
Clesial is independent NCLEX-RN preparation. We design items for clinical judgment, review them before publish, and describe study signals honestly—without inventing credentials or exam affiliation.
Question authorship
Launch-bank items are original practice content written to NCLEX-RN interaction formats and clinical-judgment standards. We do not use actual exam items from NCSBN or any board of nursing.
RN review before publish
Items in the launch bank are RN-reviewed before they are published for learners. Review focuses on clinical accuracy, distractor quality, and whether the item tests the intended judgment step—not whether a celebrity byline can sell it.
What we measure
- Baseline Check — a short saved diagnostic to orient your first practice plan.
- Practice history — correctness, topics, and judgment-step tags to guide review.
- Readiness Assessments (Premium) — timed practice checkpoints for study planning.
None of these are official NCLEX scores, real adaptive CAT results, pass predictions, or guarantees of exam performance.
