Partner terms

You are paid a share of what someone actually pays us, after any discount they used. If your code gives them 20% off, your commission is calculated on the discounted price - not the list price.

Your agreed rate is shown on your partner dashboard. We will not change it without telling you first, and a change never applies to commission you have already earned.

You earn in whatever currency the student paid in. We pay each currency separately, and can convert to your preferred currency - when we do, the exchange rate we actually got is shown on the payment.

Someone is credited to you if they arrive through your link, or if they type your code at checkout. Credit lasts for the attribution window shown on your dashboard (60 days by default) from their first visit.

First touch wins.If someone arrives through your link and later arrives through another partner's, they stay credited to you. The same rule works against you: if they reached us through someone else first, they are not yours, even if they later use your code.

Purchases made in the Android app go through Google Play, which has no field for a discount code. Your link still credits you for those, but your followers cannot use the discount there - point them at the website.

Commission clears after a hold period (30 days by default), which exists so a refund can be settled before money moves. After that we release it, and pay by bank transfer.

Small balances roll over until they reach the minimum shown on your dashboard, so you are not receiving transfers that cost more in fees than they are worth.

If a student you referred gets a refund before you have been paid, that commission is simply cancelled. If it happens after you have been paid, the amount comes off your next payment. We will not ask you to send money back.

Changing your payment details pauses payments for 7 days, and we email your address on file when they change. That is deliberate: if someone ever got into your account, that week and that email are what stop your money leaving with them.

Referring yourself. You cannot use your own code, and accounts that are obviously you will not be credited.

Paid search on our brand.Please do not bid on "Clesial" or close variants. You would be charging us for traffic that was already coming to us.

Posting your code to coupon and deal sites. Your code is for your audience. If most of your conversions come from people typing the code with no prior visit, that is the signature of a deals site, and we will talk to you about it before doing anything.

Misrepresenting us. Do not claim a pass rate, a guarantee, or an endorsement we have not made, and do not imply you work for Clesial or that we are affiliated with the NCSBN. If you are unsure whether a claim is fair, ask us - we would much rather answer than take a post down.

Nursing students are making a real decision about a real exam. Please be honest with them about what we are and are not.

You are responsible for your own taxes. Depending on where you are and what you have given us, we may have to withhold tax before paying you; any amount withheld is shown on the payment.

In India, giving us your PAN usually means less is withheld. We cannot advise you on your tax position - please ask an accountant if you are unsure.

You can stop whenever you like. We can end the partnership too, and we will tell you why.

If we end it, you still get paid everything you have already earned and cleared. The only exception is commission from activity that breached these terms - for example self-referrals - which we will not pay, and which we will explain.

You will never see who bought. Your dashboard shows that a purchase happened and on which day, and nothing more - no names, no email addresses, no exact times. That is not us being unhelpful; those students did not agree to have their purchase shared with you.
