Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Clesial account and your study data at any time. This page explains how, and exactly what is removed.
Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open the Clesial app (or clesial.com) and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Privacy & data → Delete my account.
- Type “delete” to confirm. Your account and study data are removed immediately and permanently.
Request deletion by email
If you can’t sign in, email support@clesial.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days, then confirm by email.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile (name, email, preferences).
- All study data — diagnostics, practice sessions, answers, bookmarks, notes, and progress.
- Analytics identifiers associated with your account.
What we may retain
We may keep a limited record of payment and transaction data (for example, plan, amount, currency, and order identifiers) where we are legally required to for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes. These records are kept only for the period the law requires and are not used to re-identify you for any other purpose. Full payment credentials are never stored by Clesial.
